Last week, we rolled out version 1.0 of the RAE Dashboard. Its goal is to provide everyone with real-time data about the status of the RAE Network and the RAE Token in an easy to read format. This article breaks down what each metric represents. Coming soon: More metrics!

Price and Volume

  • (Above Top Left) Current Price of RAE — Shows the price of 1 RAE Token as read from Coinranking.com.
  • (Bottom Left) Total 24h Volume of RAE — Shows the volume ($) of RAE purchases over the last 24 hours. This includes purchases Rokfin makes of 72% of its revenue to ensure it maintains a healthy balance of RAE Tokens to burn for network access in the future.
  • (Right Side) Price of RAE Chart — Historical chart plotting the RAE Price (in $ per RAE) Vs. the date.

Subscribers

Toggle the left side between Total Active Subscribers and Total Subscribers
  • (Left) — Total Active Subscribers — The total number of current active paying subscribers on the RAE Network. All subscribers pay $9.99 per month and Rokfin is required to burn the cash equivalent amount of RAE Tokens for each monthly charge to access the network.
  • (Right) — Total Active Subscribers Chart — Historical chart plotting the Total Active Subscribers by month.
  • (Toggle Left) Total Subscribers — Total unique subscribers ever on the network.

RAE Tokens Burned

  • (Top Left) RAE Tokens Burned — Four boxes showing the number of RAE Tokens burned over the last 24 Hours/Month/3 Months/Year. Burning describes the process of verifiably destroying RAE Tokens. RAE Tokens are burned equivalent to the amount of network subscription revenue in order to transmit the value of network subscriptions to RAE Tokens. The current USD price of RAE determines the burn rate per dollar. For example, if the price of RAE is $0.37, 27 RAE must be burned per $9.99 premium subscription charged.
  • (Top Right) Total RAE Tokens Burned Chart — Historical chart plotting the aggregate Total RAE burned by month.
  • (Bottom Left) Progress Towards Next Mint — Gauge indicating the next minting target, the burns remaining to hit that target, and if there are any pending mints that are in the queue to be initiated. See below for an explanation of minting.
  • (Bottom Right) Last 10 Burns — Real-time information for the last 10 burns on the RAE Network. Clicking “Let’s goooo!” on each burn exits to the transaction on etherscan.

RAE Tokens Minted

  • (Left) Total Minted RAE Tokens — Shows the amount of RAE minted from the fair launch of RAE to date. RAE held no ICO, founder’s reward, premine, or premint. Minting describes the process of creating and distributing new RAE Tokens.
  • (Center) Total Minted to Creators — Each mint, 72% are sent to creators based on how well their content acquires and retains paying subscribers and 28% are distributed to the platforms publishing that content.
  • (Right) Total Mints — Mints are triggered when the amount of work (i.e., subscription revenue generated) surpasses the minting target, calculated using the rolling average of work per day. Every 1,700 RAE mints, the RAE tokens created halves (current 10,000 per mint, next 5,000, then 2,500 and so on.) There will be a maximum of 34 million RAE ever minted. Note: In order to establish the first minting target, there was no mint for the first 30 days of launch and then the first mint distributed 300,000 RAE. This is why (Total Mints x 10,000 RAE) is not equal to Total Minted RAE Tokens.
